The meeting is being organised by BalticSTERN, who will be presenting their report on a cost-benefit analysis of achieving the nutrient reduction targets of the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan. The meeting will take place in the European Parliament between 12:30-15:00, and features presentations from several Baltic MEPs.
