The Economist magazine is organising its fourth World Ocean Summit. It will bring a critical eye to the vital issue of how to finance a sustainable ocean economy. Their aim is to mobilise a new discussion on how capital and the private sector can drive scalable, sustainable investment in the ocean.

The Baltic Sea Advisory Council Chairman, Reine Johansson, has been invited to participate in the meeting.

At the meeting the Technical Measures Framework will be discussed.
