The first BALTFISH meeting to take place under the Estonian Presidency will feature a discussion on the implementation of a discard ban in the Baltic, in which there will be participation from fishermen’s representatives and experts from national administrations. During the afternoon, 2013 TAC and quota discussions will take place, along with the proposed multispecies plan for cod and the pelagic stocks.
The meeting will begin at 10.00 on 28 August, with the closed high-level group meeting taking place on 29 August.
