The topic of the 8th European Marine Board Forum is “Supporting the Ocean Decade in Europe”. The aim of the Forum is to facilitate discussion between relevant European Ocean Decade stakeholders, including the science community and policy makers, on how to deliver a successful Ocean Decade.
After a formal opening, the Forum will comprise of three main sessions on the role of Early Career Ocean Professionals, current science and communication activities, and how we can bridge science and policy in support of the Ocean Decade.
The EMB invites Ocean Decade stakeholders from science & academia, industry, policy & governance, NGO’s and the public to join them.
The EMB Forum is organised as a hybrid event with both in-person and online participation.
