Organized by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, the hearing on the Baltic Sea strategy takes its starting point after two years of organized effort to establish cooperation of the EU’s Baltic Sea countries through the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea region. The strategy was adopted as one of the Swedish EU Presidency main issues in 2009.
