The first FISH/SAR Council Briefing touched down on one of our focus areas: the Baltic Sea fish stocks. The 19-20 October Council Meeting was to decide the 2010 TACs for those stocks. FISH and Seas At Risk also put forth our recommendations for the ministers’ decision on a new Control Regulation.
